I was born in Saint Petersburg, Russia. Had never left the city.
When I was 18 I met my husband, he promised to show me the sea … but he didn’t say which one, apparently all of them.. and all oceans and lands=)
I always thought that the question ‘What I want to do in my life?’ is incredibly difficult. Even after I graduated from university, I didn’t know what I want to do. We traveled a lot and seen a lot, I liked to photograph landscapes and interesting and new things, but not people – it scared me. In the end of 2008 I got in to workshop of a pro photographer. It was a first step to try to work with a model – real person.
But right in that times we decided to travel more, maybe even leave SPb, I guess it wasn’t the best idea for beginner portrait-photographer, because all my contacts and friends were in my hometown.
Well, there were new places, new people, the endless search for a models and trying to shoot portraits. And it’s still going on….
